Spring Break 2014 - Clearwater Beach, FL

 I can't believe I haven't blogged in over a week! Last week was a pretty quiet week. I was doing my normal routine but also packing for a short weekend trip to Clearwater Beach, FL. Doug just took off a whole week for Disney in Feb and things are super busy for him at work right now (which is a very good thing), so we opted for a weekend trip at the front end of Briana's week long spring break.

Doug and I checked Briana out of school right before lunchtime on Friday so we could get an early start on our mini vacation. We were in Clearwater Beach by dinner time.

The weather could not have been more perfect the entire trip.

This vacation was so different from Disney World. We were on the move the entire time at Disney. This trip, we finally got to slow down and enjoy the scenery.

This was my view for two days...

 

And I got to spend quality time with my two loves...

We enjoyed the beach and swimming pool and of course hit several delicious restaurants.

I was even able to sneak in a photo shoot on Sunday evening. I had to take advantage of the scenery and my beautiful gal...

We were back home on Monday night.

 I plan to blog all about the trip, but I am going to enjoy the rest of spring break with my gal. So, I will blog all about it starting next week.
